KMNI is a Cameroonian-born, LA-based DJ and producer blending the intersection of African
electronic music and global dance culture. Growing up around the rhythms of local street
parties, radio, and community gatherings, music was never just background noise — it was how
people connected.
After moving to the U.S., KMNI built his voice as an artist by bridging the energy he grew up
with and the wider sounds of electronic music. His sets are about creating a feeling—bringing
people into a shared space through layered grooves, percussive energy, and melodies that stick
with you.
At the core, KMNI’s goal is simple: build bridges through rhythm, and leave people feeling
something real—whether it’s on a rooftop, a festival stage, or somewhere in between.
