Nina Storey

Nina Storey is a 2x Grammy- and Emmy-nominated American singer-songwriter whose music bridges soul, pop and indie rock, delivers with a voice that People Magazine describes as so
powerful that, “pyrotechnics are redundant.”
Known for her emotionally rich live performances, Storey has appeared at major international festivals including the Montreal Jazz Festival, New Orleans JazzFest, Jazz Aspen, Monterey Blues Festival, and Telluride Blues Festival, captivating audiences with a show that is both intimate and electrifying.
Her work has reached global audiences through extensive placements in film, television, and
advertising, including projects for Disney, DreamWorks, Sony Pictures, Paramount, CBS,
Netflix, and Universal, as well as national campaigns for Nissan, AT&T, Ford, Kellogg’s, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Heineken, and Hyundai. She has written more than 20 songs for the NBC series Days of Our Lives, with her song “In The Morning” receiving Emmy consideration.
In addition to performing in English, Nina sings in French as well as English and has opened for artists including Keb’ Mo’, Etta James, Sara Bareilles, Jamie Cullum, Fitz and The Tantrums, Reeve Carney, MILCK, and Andy Grammer.
An openly LGBTQ+ artist, she values inclusive accessible performance environments as well
as she advocates for disability awareness and visibility in her art. And as a Long Covid survivor, Nina Storey has begun working for advocacy for all those still living with the debilitating effects of the virus including her new short film, “Strangely Optimistic” which she wrote, directed, and stars in- a dark comedy about a day in the life living with LC.
