Eva Loona Smith

Eva Loona Smith is a Danish/American singer/songwriter, session singer/performer, guitarist, producer, music educator, and band and event manager, based in Long Beach, CA. Eva is currently a senior in the BM Commercial Music program at CSULA, and has previously attended Berklee School of Music, as well as Long Beach City College. Eva leads a seven piece Folk-rock/ Americana band called Fine Folk and writes songs inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, Laura Marling, and Billie Holiday. Eva writes in Danish and English and is also inspired by world music of all types. Fine Folk is made up of diverse acoustic instrumentation and lyricism. Eva has previously done a West Coast tour, as well as having performed at numerous local venues and festivals, as well as venues in Copenhagen, DK, and Valencia, Espn. Eva Loona Smith released her debut album, “TEA (Teach Everyone Art)” in the fall of 2021 and incorporated Fine Folk into her repertoire for their debut album “In Spirit of the Rain,” which was released in June of 2024. Alongside being an event manager and coordinator, she has sung on sessions for all walks of music across the greater LA area. Eva is also versatile on a variety of DAWs such as protools and Logic Pro. Eva is also an educator of voice and guitar for children and young adults at a local studio. As an artist and collaborator, Eva Loona’s mission is to fuse genres and musical styles together from around the world and stand for making music by the people, for the people. Eva believes unity is possible through music alone with the message it promotes, and the community it creates. Eva Loona Smith wants to bring live music back in full swing! All of her music is recorded live in the studio, and all of her live shows, group writings, and classes are creative and diverse every time. She feels through her unifying words and versatile creative styles, people will be just fine and can find something hopeful and some peace in all walks of their lives when they submerge themselves in her music and creative journey.
