Chrisol is an independent singer/songwriter, actress, and rising star in the Los Angeles Latinx
network of female creatives. Her music coalesces Latin alternative elements with disco soul into
a sound that is uniquely her own. Her debut EP “Lovely” (2020) features her songwriting in both
English and Spanish. Her latest body of work “RETROACTIVE” (2021) displays her growth as a
producer on the path to define her sound.
Her artistry has been featured in the Ulta True Beauty national television campaign, KCRW,
NPR’s Latin Alternative Radio, Hija de tu Madre, Locatora Radio, and as a featured performer at
LALIFF in 2020 and 2021. She also made her debut as an actress in Andres Vasquez’s
introspective short film “El Llano En Llamas” and as “Marisol” in Raymundo Archilla’s thriller
“Man Hunt” based on the Salvadorian folk tale of La Siguanaba.
