Tino Drima is the project of Gregory DiMartino, a multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles, CA. After beginnings in the indie-rock world of San Francisco, Tino shifted focus to studying the tight pop songwriting of his heroes and the sweeping themes of longing, loss & memory gleaned from the scores and soundtracks of the Italian cinema of the 1960s & 70s.
Supported by an all-star band of top L.A. musicians, Tino has spent recent years performing his unique brand of underground pop on local stages. Tino’s sweetly crooning voice, colorful chords, and thundering rhythms has something for everybody, showcasing a dynamic understanding of the craft.
A recent collaboration with legend Michael McDonald caught the attention of critics around the globe cementing Tino as an artist now on the world stage, making some of the most compelling music of the decade.
