Broadway B is a pop/r&b singer who has rocked stages at iconic venues all over Los Angeles, from Viper Room to Whisky a Go Go to Peppermint Club. He was the lead singer in the band that opened for 112 and Next at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on Valentine’s Day 2022. He also sang on the same bill with “Fight Song” singer Rachel Platten on the main stage at the Hotel Cafe in March 2022. Broadway B’s mission is to create tracks that are inspired by real life and to deliver nothing but great music. His live performances can be characterized by his velvet vocals and his love for getting the audience involved. It was in high school in North Carolina that he discovered that he could put lyrics together in such a way that would impress anyone who was around to hear. This is why he fell in love with rap and started his career in music as a rapper. While rapping, he opened for acts like Rich Homie Quan and Twista. But, everyone who knew he had been singing since the age of 5 always encouraged him to sing more. Finally, after some heartbreak, he had something to sing about and decided to return to his first love – singing! Stay tuned because he is just getting started! Broadway is also known for hosting and curating showcases around LA, from Writers Round LA to guest hosting Monday Monday at Hotel Cafe. He also is the host of “They’re Good At That Shit,” a podcast for musicians, powered by musicians who have unlocked pieces of the music industry puzzle.
