Mike Styles

Mike Styles founded Beats of All-Nations, a collective dedicated to preserving cultural relevance through music, arts, and community engagement since 2005. He spent over a decade organizing successful niche cultural events in the Inland Empire, notably The Lapa Lounge and Re:Fresh Pomona, where artists worldwide could share their craft to open ears and a busy dance floor. Mike has been featured at events like Coachella (Turndown Tent 2014 & 2019), and Mole de Mayo in Chicago, and has played venues like Music Center LA and opened a string of concerts showcasing his range of selections in support for Black Star (Yasiin Bey & Talib Kweli), Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, and Bomba Estéreo at The Novo in Los Angeles. In addition, he spent 10 years working as the label head of Cut Chemist’s A Stable Sound, where he collaborated with Cut and a slew of notable and upcoming producers, curating the release Going Back to Cali: Cut Chemist’s Colombian Crates Remixed. Most recently, Mike edited the Middle East cookbook and biography of DJ Nu-Mark, AMU NU. Mike Styles currently hosts Beats of All-Nations Radio on dublab.com every 3rd Saturday from 2-4 pm.
