Fluent in every genre of music from 1953 to NOW, DJ Short Shorts reinforces her bottomless digital
library with over 100 cubic feet of original vinyl. While an open-format DJ, Short Shorts has been at the
forefront of the country music revival, becoming the first female DJ to play the Stagecoach festival in
2017, and was once named one of the “Top 5 Hottest Lady DJs” by L.A. Weekly. Recent events include
playing the Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll Grammy after party, Dasha’s ‘Austin’ single release, the official
Beyonce ‘Cowboy Carter’ listening party, and the Shaboozey ‘Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going’
album release along with Diplo. DJ Short Shorts has curated a stage at Nextfest (the largest independent
music festival in the U.S.) for the last 4 years. Find her around town riding horses, or at her Desert 5 Spot
residency.
