MYRANDAS is a Latin pop / Caribbean fusion band based in Los Angeles. The project was
originally founded in Havana by trilingual singer Kristina Miranda and Cuban musician and
Grammy Award–winning engineer Marciel Miranda. The duo transitioned to a new musical
direction in 2022, blending Latin grooves, pop, and electronic textures.
From intimate stages to festival crowds, MYRANDAS captivated audiences at Latin
Alternative Music Conference (LAMC), NextFest LA, The NAMM Show, and Sofar Sounds.
Along the way, they have shared stages with artists such as Cimafunk, Wil-Dog Abers
(Ozomatli), and DJ Ethos, and opened for Fonseca, Issac Delgado, and Stanley Clarke.
MYRANDAS’ work has been featured by the LA Times, Remezcla, and Hola! USA, and has
appeared on Southern California radio as well as Cuban television. Their single “Cuando Te
Vi” was recognized as the Best Latin Alternative Track of the week on SoCal Sound 88.5
FM, while “Cuéntale” became a standout track in the telenovela Viceversa, which aired on
Cuban TV for five months. Most recently, their single “La Habitación” was highlighted on
TIDAL’s Spotlight program, introducing the band’s music to a wider global audience.
