Sam Plecker – does that name ring a bell? Some of you may remember him as the
guitarist and occasional-singer of Vista Kicks. Others may know him for his more
recent work in record making, production, and his studio home Hound Sound.
All that leads to now, as Sam is back with a brand new record titled ‘So True’ a
collection of songs that marks a new era for the songwriter but also, a return to
form. Produced by Chris Schlarb in Long Beach CA on a 4-track cassette machine,
this no-filler approach captures some of Sam’s most honest, raw, and emotive
performances.
Come hear Sam and his band lean into it all April 25th for the ‘So True’ record
release show at Permanent Records Roadhouse.
