Zeh Monstro, a.k.a. DJ Libra, is a Du and multi-instrumentalist born and raised in Sao Paulo. After establishing a career in Brazil as a Du and musician, notably including playing Lollapalooza and Rock in Rio, Monstro moved to Los Angeles in 2014 in pursuit of an international audience for his music. Since his arrival in L.A., Monstro has collaborated with numerous artists, playing guitar, bass or drums on dozens of national tours. Monstro also works regularly as DJ in some of L.A.’s hottest bars and hotels, using his knowledge as a professional musician to curate the grooviest and most exciting sets that are tailor-made to fit audiences’ tastes. Because of this versatility, Monstro has earned regular guest DJ nights at Lilly Rose at The Wayfarer Hotel, Bar Lis at The Thompson Hotel, Desert 5 Spot at Tommie Hotel, Madame Siam, Harvard and Stone, Gold Diggers, Pinky’s, The Virgil, The Short Stop, Bar Flores, Boardner’s By La Belle, and more.
