LA-native singer-songwriter Jessica Gerhardt shares music ranging from intimate ukulele-driven folk to anthemic indie rock, ultimately anchored by her gentle yet resonant alto vocals. Gerhardt draws inspiration from the symbols of her Catholic and Jewish heritage, exploring love, grief, hope, and belonging through a queer, feminist lens. She is also the founder of the house concert series Friday at The Fox Den, co-founder of the artist events community Parnassus & Co, and shares her visual at @workofhumanhandsart on Instagram. Her debut full length album Alight Beyond The Sea releases this summer accompanied by her own hand-embroidered cover art for each of the ten songs on the album.
