singer/songwriter best known for his self produced mixtape “Nothing But Net.” Which
features artists like Bay Area legend Keith Jenkins from the Pack. As well his
collaboration with rising star Oshri for a heartfelt track “”Right Now.”” MAXWEL PAYNE
STARK fuses together New Wave, Psychedelic R&B, Ocean Vibes, and Neo Soul, with
